Silent Mode provides a quiet moment for busy/hectic customers in an isolated environment with a wise voice. Helping them feel mindful and re-energized.
The problem we are trying to solveSilent mode started in 2016. Using the formula for building mental fitness simply, sleep. If you can’t sleep, nap. And if you can’t nap, take five minutes to breathe and meditate.
We started this research when we prototyping the physical product, as we are testing it out with different users. We are designing an application on our mobile as a tool to connect and listen to the sound where it relaxes and leads the user to breathe and meditate from our online instructor. My RoleTo determine what we assumed was right, people who travel are our target audience, they are the people who will need the product most as many of them needs sleeping pills to sleep. We found 12 users to start our user interviews, who are facing this problem, and who take sleeping pills regularly.

Targeting to 3 user types
From asking questions to different people, not being able to sleep, and stress from work. Here are the 3 personas, mapping out their experiences and emotions from the pain it drives them and how our product can help from these studies.
Over 6 months away from home, flying from Europe to the United States as a fashion buyer, working in a different time zone, and having to rely on sleeping pills.
Cruise hostess for over 8 years, sleeping has never been that easy task. As mentioned, the sleeping pill is a day-to-day thing for her.
Being an early parent is not easy many challenging tasks and purposes. The pattern shown above tells us how we may work on this from time to time to balance the mood back to needed when we have more sleep or nap.
User flow
After Working with the CEO and CTO, we created three user flows with different features and made three user interfaces to start the project with prototypes to discover how users found them. Here is an example.
